Quesadilla El Tule -

Grilled flour tortilla filled with chicken, or beef, roasted green and red peppers, mushrooms, sauted onions and cheese. Served with sour cream and guacamole.

Taco Salad -

Fried tortilla shell, filled with refried beans, shredded lettuce, avocado. Topped with cheese and your choice of chicken, beef or vegetables.

Nachos El Tule -

Tortilla chips with refried beans, topped with melted cheese, guacamole, sour cream, jalapeno slices and your choice of beef, chicken or chorizo.

Guacamole de Casa -

Fresh homemade guacamole. Ripe avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and fresh squeezed lime.

Ensalada de Pollo (Mexican Chicken Salad) -

Grilled chicken on top of romaine lettuce with avocado and tomato. Topped with our house cilantro dressing.

Enchiladas originated in Mexico, where the practice of rolling tortillas around other food dates back at least to Mayan times. The people living in the lake region of the Valley of Mexico traditionally ate corn tortillas folded or rolled around small fish. Writing at the time of the Spanish conquistadors, Bernal Díaz del Castillo documented a feast enjoyed by Europeans hosted by Hernán Cortés in Coyoacán, which included foods served in corn tortillas.

Burritos -

A flour tortilla stuffed with rice, beans and your choice of steak, chicken and shrimp. Served with lettuce, tomato, guacamole topped with melted cheese. Add 2.00 for shrimp

Ground beef, onion, tomato, spices, zucchini, eggplant, mushroom & cheddar cheese leyered between spinach tortilla and baked.

Pescado Ranchero -

Pan seared tilapia filet served over sauted spinach, topped with tomato chipotle sauce

Enchiladas -

Three corn tortillas your choice of cheese, chicken or beef. Served with rice and beans.

Tacos de Pescado -

3 tilapia fish tacos made with soft corn tortillas, served as a platter with rice and beans

Fajitas is a term found in Tex-Mex cuisine, commonly referring to any grilled meat usually served as a taco on a flour or corn tortilla. The term originally referred to the cut of beef used in the dish which is known as skirt steak.
